In this workshop we will discuss the pricess of honey fermentation:

- heath benefits of raw honey

- role of local honey;

-honey ferments as medicine

I will demonstrate how to make a couple of honey ferments that will help you ward off the colds this winter - and taste delicious while at it!.

Then we will apply what we learned about sauerkraut making to make a jar of mixed pickles.

Vegetables, salt, jars  and all utensils are provided. 

There will be plenty of tasting!
